There is no denying fact that that youth is a valuable asset of any nation. For the progress of a nation, youth can play its role on various fronts.
Youth can play the following role in nation-building:
1) To be educated is the primary role of youth:
The primary role of youth is to get an education in order to become a better citizen of tomorrow. They should know how to analyze things critically. So that they become able to cope with different fronts. The entire success of a nation depends on its youth. However, it is the responsibility of the government to make them equipped with the knowledge of the modern era.
2)Youth are energetic fighters:
Youth is the spring of life. It is the age of discovery and dreams. They have the ability to transform bad into good and silver into gold. So they can lead a society in the right direction. They fight against exploitation, poverty, unemployment, and many other problems which the world is facing today. In spite of so many problems, they always hope for good.
We have young aspiring doctors, engineers, scientists, bureaucrats, and politicians who have great ability to relieve the world's miseries.

As youth have sharp brains, they are great problem solvers. today, the nation is confronting so many problems such as racism, terrorism, sectarianism, provincialism, etc. if the youth is given a chance to prove themselves, they can convince their fellow beings to live in a feeling of peace and love.

As far as the economy is concerned, if they are given education and are trained with different technical skills, they can cause huge production of finishing goods. those who are not educated and trained can work as labor. in this way, youth produces many items of daily use and earns a large amount of money to make the nation economically strong.

If we talk about the role of youth in society, we can say that a well-educated and groomed youth can help in the social progress of a nation. through their creative writings, they can positively influence the whole society. social welfare organizations at the small and large levels established by young people perform healthy activities for the betterment of society. for example, a voluntarily made literary society can attract young people towards literary activities which can definitely produce positive change in society.

Youth can also play its part in the political development of its nation. youth can organize the public and make them politically conscious. seminars are conducted, books are written and discussions are made by youth to educate the people about the importance of their vote and their participation in the political process. this kind of education may revolutionize the nation politically.
